I couldn't believe the size of the room, it was HUGE, and the bed could fit five people easily. The bathroom was excellent and very clean, although the overall room decor was more on the shabby side than shabby chic. The option to separate the room with a mobile wall was convenient. The hotel was conveniently located near a big shopping mall and famous fashion streets, which was terrific for us tourists. However, the staff lacked friendliness and helpfulness, making the service experience not very nice. The dining choices were fantastic with plenty to choose from, offering a typical Portuguese experience. The facilities were good, and the aparthotel had more utensils than expected, but the poor service and lack of forthcoming information about the location somewhat compromised the overall experience.
